Hawkesbury Student Campus Council aims to serve the needs of the greater student community for the common good.
Whether you've got the shits with a lecturer, stuck in the bathroom with no toilet paper (yet again...), or a shy and lonely first year and not quite sure where to turn for help after getting stabbed by a falling chestnut, Hawkesbury Student Campus Council will provide you with personable student assistance.
H.S.C.C. is a collaborative group of UWS students who study with you at Hawkesbury. The premise of student representation originally started as a legal channel for student consultation with the University to charge the Student Services & Amenities Fee (SSAF) but the H.S.C.C. has since taken off to garner support and attention from the Hawkesbury community.
Being the very first year of student representation at the University of Western Sydney, H.S.C.C. together with all other UWS campuses, has been slaving away to establish portfolios, policies, responsibilities and guidelines for all future student representatives to uphold and inspire shared values with our fellow students.
The H.S.C.C is about taking chances, realising opportunities, discovering passion, hard work, and getting shit done. Looking forward, student representatives wish to continue what they've started, providing opportunities to all motivated, passionate Hawkesbury individuals, inspiring them to be fearless in putting forward their needs, desires, and fears in all pursuits.
